An unbiased spectro-photometric survey of passively evolving galaxies at z>1 in GOODS-N

##### ABSTRACT ####
I will describe the spectro-photometric survey of passively evolving that will be carried 
out with the OSIRIS instrument on the Spanish 10.4 meter telescope (GTC). This is a Large 
Program awarded by ESO with 20 nights in 2010. It will obtain imaging in 25 contiguous 
medium-band (17 nm wide) filters covering the 500 to 950 nm wavelength range.
