The UCM Survey: Status
The UCM Survey: Status
Lists I and II
A compilation of descriptions and positions, along with finding charts, is presented for 209 emission-line objects in (Zamorano et al. 1994 ApJS 95,387) Survey of emission-line galaxies: Universidad Complutense de Madrid list I and (Zamorano et al. 1996 ApJS 105,343) Survey of emission-line galaxies: Universidad Complutense de Madrid list II papers.
- UCM List I: 160 objects located in a region of the sky covering 270 square degrees in ten fields near RA=0h and DEC=20deg.
- UCM List II: 103 additional emission-line candidates located in a region of the sky covering 201.4 square degrees in seven fields near RA=15h and DEC=25deg.
These plates were taken during two observing runs in december 1986 and in June 1987 with dark nights and very transparent atmosphere.
List III
Survey of emission-line galaxies: Universidad Complutense de Madrid list III (Alonso et al. 1999 ApJS 122, 415) were compiled using the same instrumentation and the automatic search procedure described elsewhere.
- UCM List III: 113 objects located in a region of the sky covering 189 square degrees in ten fields near RA=14h and DEC=25 deg.
