The Astronomical Data Analysis Software and Systems (ADASS) conference has been held this year in Québec.

GUAIX has been represented in this conference with the participation of Nicolás Cardiel, who has presented a poster entitled "Upper and lower boundary fitting through a generalized Least Squares Method". This work explains how to determine the upper and/or the lower boundary of a given data set using polynomial fits.
